Hello! This January, I went for a weeklong trek with #IndiaHikes to Sandakphu. The experience was sprinkled with exhilarating sights of the heavenly Himalayas accompanied by four days of freezing snow in sub-zero temperatures. When not spending the night in Nepali tea-houses, sipping on the traditional black tea, we huddled in warm tents surrounded by inches of white snow. In spite of Sisyphean trails and precipitous ascents, we persevered through seven days of hidden trails, chapped lips, bathroom pits, beautiful campsites, and loud snores to proudly hold the "Done" poster at the peak.
